bEUnion Supporters Group Code of Conduct
Welcome to bEUnion! As dedicated supporters of Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, we adhere to the highest standards of conduct to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all members. This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations for all members of our supporters group.
1. Compliance with Belgian Football Law
• All members must comply with the Belgian football law, including regulations regarding stadium behaviour, ticket purchasing, and any other relevant legal requirements. Please read the English version of the legal text.
2. Respect and Good Behaviour
• Members must treat each other with respect and dignity at all times. Insulting, demeaning, or disrespecting another member's person or dignity is strictly prohibited.
• Discrimination, harassment, and any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated within the group.
3. Ticketing Policies
• The reselling of tickets for profit within the ticket swap WhatsApp group and/or on commercial platforms is strictly forbidden by law. Any member found engaging in such activities will face a ban from purchasing tickets through the fan club.
• Ticket exchanges and swaps should be conducted at face value or lower to prevent profiteering and ensure fair access to tickets for all members.
• Once a ticket is sold it cannot be used by the seller or sold a second time.
4. Away Days Behaviour
• Member's are expected to follow instructions given by the Board members during all away days at risk of being banned from attending away games with bEUnion until the end of the season. This includes, but is not limited to: respecting the schedule, maintaining an appropriate behaviour on the bus, do not vandalise the bus or leave trash outside the provided bags.
• Two no-shows will automatically place the member concerned at the last .
5. Reporting Violations
• Any member who witnesses or experiences a violation of this Code of Conduct should report the incident to the Board.
• All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of our members.
6. Disciplinary Actions
• Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent expulsion from the supporters group, depending on the severity of the offence.
• Decisions regarding disciplinary actions will be made by the Board and are final.
7. Commitment to a Positive Environment
• bEUnion is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all football supporters. Members are encouraged to contribute to a positive atmosphere, both online and at matches, and to support one another in our shared passion for Union.
